Scale tier is intentionally capped to encourage horizontal scaling, not oversized single servers.
We help you deploy infrastructure close to your users, not just close to data centres.

Managed means we take responsibility for the security, networking, and stability of your server — not just the hardware. Before you ever log in, our engineers harden the server, configure firewall rules, tighten ports, apply rate limiting, and set up monitoring based on how you intend to use it. The control panel is there for visibility and convenience, not because you're expected to manage the infrastructure yourself.
Cheaper servers usually give you an operating system, remote access, and backups — and then the responsibility shifts to you.
Dragonfire Servers include:
You're paying less for raw specs and more for a properly set-up and maintained commercial environment.
No. This is a fully managed server with security, monitoring, and operational support included.
No. All servers are isolated. There is no shared hosting environment.
Backups are supported, but our focus is on preventing problems before they happen. Backups help with recovery — they don't replace proper security, monitoring, or configuration. Dragonfire prioritises stability and risk reduction at the infrastructure level.
Yes. Additional instances and load balancing can be added as needed.
You have direct access to our engineering team. As part of the service, you're added to a private WhatsApp chat where issues can be discussed and resolved quickly, without ticket queues or support layers. Because your server runs on DragonCloud, we can intervene directly when needed.
Infrastructure is monitored continuously. Response times are defined as part of the managed service.
No. Monthly pricing with a one-time setup fee. No lock-in.
No. If you're comfortable acting as your own sysadmin — managing firewall rules, hardening servers, and troubleshooting issues — a low-cost VPS or dedicated server may be a good fit. Dragonfire is designed for people who want a secure, stable environment without carrying that operational burden.
Request a server. We'll handle the rest.
